What time does my race start?

We will update with exact start times for each race as we get closer to the event. However, the first race will start at 8AM. We may start all events at the same time or we may stagger the start times.

Are there time cutoffs for the different distances?

We will have a 4 hour cutoff time for the half marathon which will be the same cutoff time for the 10K and the 5K.

Where will we park?

The great thing about hosting an event at the Mall is there will be plenty of parking right by the start and finish area.

Where and when will packet pickup be?

Packet pickup will be available on Friday and Saturday prior to the event somewhere at or near the Alderwood Mall. We will announce these details as we get closer to the event.

What is in my race packet? What is packet pickup?

Your race packet will contain your bib, timing chip, and race shirt.

Can someone else pick up my packet?

Yes, absolutely. However, they will need a copy of your Driver’s License.

Is there a gear check?

Yes! However, you will need to bring your own bag and we will provide you will a gear check tag.

What is a bib?

A bib is your race number. You will wear it pinned to the front of your clothes on race day.

I can’t do the race, but I’d like my shirt. What should I do? Can you mail it to me?

You, or a friend, should come to packet pickup or race day and pick up your shirt. Shirts will not be mailed out or available for pickup after the race.

I registered awhile ago but haven't received any communication from you about the event?

We will send out the participant e-mail with all event details on the Tuesday prior to the race. This will go over parking, race day schedule and more. Please make sure to follow the Snohomish River Run on Facebook and also click that you are attending The Snohomish River Run Event Page on Facebook. This is the best way to keep up to date will all pertinent race information.

Do I get a finisher’s medal?

Yes! Everyone will get a finisher’s medal.

I wasn’t present to receive my award. Can you mail it to me?

You must be present to receive age group and overall winner awards. We do not mail out awards or t-shirts.

When does the course close?

12:30PM

Can I sign up day of race?

Day of race registration will be available IF the race has not sold out prior. We encourage you to sign up online.

Are walkers allowed?

Yes! As long you are able to meet the time requirements stated above.

Are strollers and / or dogs allowed?

Strollers are allowed. However, dogs or any animals are not allowed. This is an insurance issue.

Will there be porta-potties on the course?

Yes! We will include this information with the participant e-mail which will go out prior to the race.
